Damaged or faulty goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the following reasons:

– Damaged during shipment
– Wrong item/type/shade/etc,

You can send it back to us. However, returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase. Kindly inform Customer Service (send us an email with the subject stating “Return Item” or whatsapp our number) before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.

What about postage charges?

If the returns are due to fault from our side, we will bear the full amount of postage.

Please allow up to 2 working days for this process to be completed.

What will I get back after returning the item(s)?

You can either choose to have a new and same item to be sent again or we will refund you the amount you paid to your bank account.

I am not entitled for the refund. Why?

The returned goods/products will be checked and if the goods/products has been used/opened or intentionally damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 2 working days after the confirmation.
All items are packaged under the surveillance of CCTV.
